学生蔡同学，目前就读于indiana university-bloomington 的大三，统计学专业，计划转学到美国前50的大学，2012年春季入读，目前适合的部分院校如下，对于美国在读的同学们，计划转学的同学们参考

1，罗切斯特大学

Thank you for your email and interest in the University of Rochester.  Given that you are a junior in college, we will waive the TOEFL requirement for you when you apply for admission to the University of Rochester. We are currently accepting applications for Spring 2012 and welcome your application for that term.  The deadline to apply is October 1. As a junior we will look at your college transcripts  and can accept scanned copies of your high school transcripts.

 2，纽约大学

 If your native language is not English, and if your primary language of instruction has not been English, you should also take the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language).

 In place of the TOEFL, you may submit scores from IELTS, the International English Language Testing System. 

 All students will be further tested upon arrival at NYU if offered admission. If your ability to speak and write in English is inadequate, you will not be allowed to register for academic study and will have to register for noncredit English courses that will entail additional expense and extend the time normally required to complete your degree.

 Thank you for contacting the Office of Undergraduate Admission.

If English is not your native language and you are currently living aboard or have been studying in the U.S. for less than two years, you will need to take the TOEFL and/or IELTS.  We do not have minimum test scores. The only exception to not taking the TOEFL and/or IELTS is if you are completely satisfied with your verbal SAT I scores.

4，凯斯西楚大学

Thank you for your email and interest in transferring to Case Western Reserve University.  You need to submit a TOEFL exam if you have less than 30 credit hours available for transfer.  Furthermore, it would be in your best interest to submit a TOEFL exam to further prove your English proficiency.  Second, you do need to submit your last two years of high school transcripts.  

  此外，美国就读本科，计划转入更好院校的学生需要注意几点：

1，最好在本校修满45个学分以上，再转学

2，强烈建议准备托福成绩

3，只有部分院校不需要高中成绩，该部分资料最好提前准备好

4，春季招生名额有限，一般都是10月1日截止

5，大部分学校的商科，工科等对于学生lower division的成绩要求是3.5以上。并且要求学生首先入读文理学院，修满pre课程，才可以进入相应的专业学院。
